MUSIC
I have the music autism so unfortunately I'm very much into music but in the weird neurodivergent way. Here I'll attempt to sort of document some of my more unknown, niche music favorites. Feel free to peruse my Spotify account if you would like.
Modern Love - WARGASM
An electronic rock song that's ruined my life. It's one of all time most listened to songs... It's this heavy, overwhelming piece that has very strong vocals. I adore this song so much and it is one of my all time favorite songs to ever exist. I highly recommend this song!
Isolated - Chiasm
I was introduced to this track via Vampire the Masq.: Bloodlines, and Chiasm in general has been one of my favorite bands(?) to listen to. They have this heavy electronic sound with very very unique vocals.
Red Letters - The Ruby Does
Absolute fucking banger with a traditional punk rock song. Nice vocals, great guitar riff and highly underrated (1.6k views?! Really?)
The Promethean's Lament - Chuck Salamone
This is from an album named Absent Moon. It's a sequel to Hylics 2 but also one of my favorite albums to exist because just listen to the vocals and the prog rock sound it has. Very underrated album, absolutely beautiful song that fits any mad scientist character- which I'm sure you can tell is something I'm a huge fan of. It's a song about a creator singing what I like to think is a love song to their creation. Beautiful track.
Different Anymore - Amigo the Devil
A dark folk song that might be one of my favorites of the genre. Amigo the Devil in general has amazing music and I hope to see him live very very soon!
2 HAL 9000 - lasah
GOD. WHERE DO I START WITH THIS SONG? For context, I was completely and utterly hyperfixated on 2001 ASO for a good while and this song was on loop for HOURS when I was feeling down during it. This is a song that might mean everything ever to me and I really really fucking love it.
My Body is Made for Sin - Komak
An instrumental maidcore album that I think is a fucking banger. Each track flows into each other nicely and I think it's worth a listen.
